Integrated power pack with drivers, overload protection and temperature sensor.
Switching frequency 16KHz, center-aligned pulse.
Scalar control, space vector modulation.
Phase current and power limitation, power pack temperature control.
Maximum modulated frequency 600Hz, 8 samples, (4 pole motor)
Harmonic filter: 8mH, 5A, sufficient for 1100W peak power, included.
RFI filter: 2x5mH, 1uF X2 cap, not included.
Serial optocoupled, full duplex optocoupled communication port.
Custom agitation cycles and spin profiles.
Unbalance correction: average spin speed >1950RPM UB<250gm with cotton standard load.
Recommended motor:
2 pole motor, with pulley ratio to reach 18000 RPM at maximum spin speed.
Winding must be calculated as for operating at 100VAC, 50Hz.
Rotor must have low resistance.
Insulating materials must be adequate for high dV/dt.
Tachogenerator is required.
The motor must be insulated from ground and use insulating belt.
Maximum power up to 1100 W, or 2000RPM at 6Kg load.
Motor is available from IBMEI.
Advantages:
Frequency inverter driven 3-phase induction motor is a cost effective alternative to DC current, universal motor.
High performance and efficiency, noiseless operation. |
